Students will erase the charcoal from white paper to "draw the white" part of the image. Students will be working from a photograph for this assignment.
This video is the same, but a bit slower so you can see more of the process:
Today we will print out an edited landscape/ cityscape/ or seascape. This should be from a photo you have taken.
Then we will work on updating our blog. Part 1: Landscape/ Cityscape/ Seascape
1. Look through your device to find an interesting image to use. This should have a good light sources with dark and light values.
2. Follow the steps using the video below to edit your image using pixlr editor and then print the image using the steps indicated in the images below. (choose an 8x10 image)
3. Then, write your name on the back and turn in the image in to Mrs. Denison.
4. Next, begin uploading your photos to your blog. (see the steps in the next section) Part 2: updating the weebly blog
You have chosen a particular artist to inspire this next painting. Both are focused on PATTERN and both will be with tempera paint. Take a close look at each of the following rubrics for how you will be graded for each.
