funko Pop yourself!
Funko Inc. is an American company that manufactures licensed pop culture collectibles, best known for its licensed vinyl figurines and bobbleheads. You've seen these around! There are all sorts of pop culture and historical figures created. Did you know that famous artists were made into Funko Pop Characters?
In this option, you can either Funko pop yourself, or an artist who is alive now, creating art. (if you are creating a character based on an artist, be sure to include a photo and name of the artist you are creating along with the Funko pop drawing.) If you Funko pop yourself, be sure to add accessories of things that describe who you are. Be sure to post this to your blog on the "VA Comp/ My Art" page. You may want to copy the character blanks below to get you started:

Other fun ways to pump up your art practice!#1: James Brunt Inspired (also check out Andy Goldsworthy)
Check out this wonderful article on the artist, James Brunt. He creates mandalas out of natural materials and then photographs them. https://www.thisiscolossal.com/2018/02/james-brunt-cairns-and-mandalas/
Mandalas are from the ancient Buddhist and Hindu traditions of creating circles all balanced around a central point. They were used to represent unity in the universe and were very meditative. In modern society, they are still used for meditation and relaxation. The act of making a mandala is very meditative and relaxing. For this assignment, you will create your own mandala from natural materials and photograph it. Be sure to photograph it from multiple angles to get the best composition. Beware of too much negative space/ distracting backgrounds. Andy Goldsworthy Option
Below are images from Andy Goldsworthy. He is the original nature sculptor who made installations out of natural materials. These would be temporary because he would use no glues or cement or anything. They would just get destroyed over time. He did document his works with photographs just like the artist, James Brunt. Here is a great article on Andy Goldsworthy: https://www.boredpanda.com/land-art-andy-goldsworthy/?utm_source=google&utm_medium=organic&utm_campaign=organic
You may be more inspired by Goldsworthy, but again, make your creation and document it with lots of photographs. #3: Pixlr APP, Photo Edit
