Along with the sketchbook/ photo Friday/ visual journal assignments that students have already on their schedule, I will be posting short project assignments on your class blog page. Students can pick from these short assignment prompts and choose to do 1 a week for a production grade during the time that we are out. As students complete these, they will need to take photos and upload the results to their student blog: www.students.weebly.com.
The assignments that I am choosing to post will be shorter than what we would normally do in class, however, students will still be learning critical visual art planning and production skills that we would have been doing in a traditional class setting. These will also be projects that students should be able to do with items they have around their house. (if you don't have that item, then choose a different project for that week.). I will be continuing to add to the project options every few days to make it easier to complete and for students to have MANY choices. Be sure to click on your individual class pages for project prompts/choices.
Hello students! Welcome to the home page of our new classroom, distance learning style. I am working on getting together videos and sample project options for you to work on in order to still get credit for art while we are away from school. These project options will be located on your individual class pages.
Please be sure to email me ASAP if you have any questions about anything: Julie.denison@cobbk12.org Also, be sure to join the remind for your class so that I can let you know when new updates are available for your class.
