Your students are invited to join Hartford Art School this spring, for virtual portfolio reviews at the National Portfolio Day events we will be attending. National Portfolio Days provide students of all levels an opportunity to visit with art schools they are interested in and receive valuable feedback on their portfolios. Over 50 accredited Art and Design Colleges and Universities from across the country will be attending. We can't wait to meet with your students! See below for details and registration information. Hartford Art School will be reviewing portfolios on the following dates/times at National Portfolio Day: Saturday, February 27th 12:00PM - 4:00PM EST Saturday, April 10th 9:00AM - 1:00PM EST Friday, May 7th 11:00AM - 5:00PM EST Students can register to attend any of the free, online National Portfolio Days here. Upon registering, participating students will receive information on how to upload their portfolio for the virtual reviews. If you are not a senior and don't get to sign up for a time, I will hold on to your artwork until the end of the first week of school next year. You can swing by my room and pick it up. (as long as things are normal, of course). Seniors!!--last day to turn in anything is tomorrow. I've already checked your blogs, so if you still want to turn something in, be sure to let me know to check your blog by 10am so I can update your grade. Non-Seniors---there are no new assignments this week. However, if you wanted to work on one of the project options to improve your grade, you may still do so if you didn't already get a chance to. Just be sure to let me know that I need to check your blog since I've already checked all the blogs for the week. Please let me know if you have any questions or concerns.
