Create an artwork that continues with your chosen Sustained Investigation question, but also uses Asymmetrical balance throughout. Option #1: TextureFor this constraint, you can use any sculpture medium you'd like, but the focus is on surface textures. These can be additive OR subtractive. Draw 2 quick continuous line blind contour portrait drawings. Then use thin gauge wire to create the sculpture from a single line of wire. Use tape and you can add wire to make it sturdy.
TUESDAY: NEWSPAPER/TAPE armature FOR CLAY portrait
Make a quick head/neck/shoulders out of newspaper and masking tape. Then begin layering on soft pieces of clay to create a head/neck of a person. You may want to refer to a photo/ image to help sculpt your figure.
