Follow along as I teach you how to use colored pencils to blend and make any color you need for your photorealism image.
We are beginning our first production assignment this week. We will be looking at the artist Audrey Flack and be creating our own photorealistic recreations of her work using a grid technique. This project will review using a grid to create accurate proportions as well as using color blending to match colors and values.
For rhythm, we will be creating an Op Art Line design across a 2-page spread in our visual journal. Check out the simple directions in the file below and follow along with my demo video!

On Tuesday, we will begin creating backgrounds for our next project: Skeleton Value Shading!! Bubble Printmaking is super-fun and can create super-interesting backgrounds!
